Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - made calls to restaurants in the area on the day we arrived to see if they were open. Quite safe since reception is right at the entrance and staff made an effort to recognize people staying at the hotel. It was a pleasant stay and given it was our first time in Milan, it was nice to be introduced to some places worth going, including shopping areas, etc. Staff know their way around very well- able to give good directions around the city. Breakfast was all right, but staff made the atmosphere warm. Hot chocolate was awesome!

This hotel was so great. We had a crisis that could not have been resolved with out the help of the staff. They were wonderful. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast one of the best we had in Italy. And again we cannot say enough about the family of owners who would bring us back to this hotel in a heartbeat

Hotel Trentina rocks! The owners, Paola and Luca made us feel so welcome it felt like we never left home. The place was clean and quiet. I´m coming back to Milan next year and will definitely stay at Hotel Trentina again.
